TC Electronic MASTER offers its classic multi-band compression algorithm to give the sound of an instrument or mix more density and richness. Algorithms MASTER X HD are used by the company in such hardware devices as Finalizer 96 and System 6000. The plug-in allows you to create complex compression curves for each frequency band. In this case, in some parts of the dynamic range, the signal can be expanded, and in others it can be compressed.
The software installation:

The Master X HD-DT hardware:
TC Electronic MASTER is cute because with a front area of 13.5 x 5.4 cm it doesn’t take up much space on the studio table. The front and bottom panels are made of metal, so the controller, weighing around 200 g, has enough weight to stand securely. The rubberized surfaces on the underside also help here.
